We invite you to our first annual Christmas in October at the Galleria Mall in Rock Hill, S.C. The craft show is located in the beautiful Galleria Mall on Dave Lyle Blvd. Exhibitors spaces will be 14x14 -$150.00 for the four day show . Let me know if you need more space. Please return this completed application with booth fee and make check or money order payable to Dianne Cole (not the mall). Please mail to Dianne Cole 1606 Oakwood Avenue Lancaster, S.C. 29720. Deadline is September 15, 2008 for all applications. After September 15 there will be a $20.00 late fee. Money order or cashiers check only after September 15. Late crafters welcome, but will have to take spot that is opened. I will not turn anyone away. Remember this is a craft show. Handmade items please. This includes painting, pottery, sewing, jewelry, sculpture, metal, wood, glass, photography and ect. Email me anytime. I check my email often through out the day. Do not contact the mall. I have all the information for you. You may call me (Dianne Cole) at (803) 286-0919 at home after 7:00 pm until 10:00 pm Monday through Friday and anytime on SATURDAY and SUNDAY . I work day time hours.

Exhibtors can set-up booths on Wednesday, October 1st after 6:00 pm. Please, enter through the front doors of food court. A table will be set up to pick up your booth number and tell you which way to go.
You may have more than one kind of craft in your booth. Hand-made only.
Exhibitors must furnish his own set-up and tables.
All items must be hand-crafted. No novelties and wholesale items are allowed. You will be asked to remove these items.
Absolutely no selling of drugs, alcohol, guns, weapons, or pets.
Nothing shall be nailed or stapled to wall or floors of the exhibit areas.
Please, keep your area clean at all times and remove any trash before leaving the show.
All vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting all applicable tax by law. Please display your tax number in your booth.
Good news! The mall has a security guard in case you need one. But let’s hope you don’t.
The Hampton Inn and Wingate Inn are beside the mall. These two are offering you a Galleria Mall discount for the craft show. Be sure to tell them you are with the craft show at the Galleria Mall. There are more places too stay and lots of good food places to eat around the mall. Don’t forget the mall has a food court. You may go on the internet to find more Hotels and be sure to check out the Galleria Mall to see what kind of departments store they have.
Please, check on your application if you would like to donate a door prize. We will have a drawing between the vendors only. We all like to have fun and win something.
The show will be held regardless of weather conditions. It’s all inside. No refunds.
There will be a $35.00 fee on all returned checks.
PLEASE, let’s all work together and make this a very special craft show. Thank you for coming and looking forward to this being a annual craft show.
